How often should I wash my hair extensions?
You should only be washing your extentions 2–3 times a week. However. hair extensions don’t receive the oils your scalp produces so over washing can really strip them of the moisture they have. There are Sulfates in some shampoos that will strip the extensions of essential oils and dries out hair, This damages hair follicles which results in hair loss, breakage and causes the hair to lack lustre and life. The best shampoo's to use are natural, organic and sulfate free Using a shampoo and conditioner such as glamorous lengths is specially formulated for human hair extensions they are enriched with keratin, fatty acids, proteins and nutrients with added Argan Oil for ultra moisture repair.
What is the length of the extensions?
I can fit an arrange of lengths to suit the clients needs, they mostly come in sizes 16-18 inch, 20-21 inch and 22-24 inch but longer lengths can also be ordered. All Hair is double drawn Remy cuticle correct and should last 12- 18 months with the correct maintenance

I can also fit ombre and balayage extensions.
How are hair extensions different?
Human hair extensions are made out of real, human hair from top to bottom, collected from a donor. Remy hair means all the cuticles are intact, running in the same direction at the time of collection. This allows for almost no tangling and ensures that the cuticles flow in the same direction from root to tip.
Synthetic hair on the other hand, is made out of various synthetic, blended fibres, and contains no human hair. These fibres are usually very fine, plastic fibres that are manufactured to imitate real hair.
Do extensions have a return policy or exchange policy?
No I do not offer a return policy once the hair has been fitted. clients are able to feel an see the quality of hair before I apply the extension. if they are not satisfied with the hair before fitting then I am happy to order new hair however I will only fit the best quality hair. As the hair comes from individual donors every bundle of hair will be different yet all still of the highest quality.

Any disparity in style/colour/quality must be corrected before the hair packs are opened and fitted so I can return them if needed to do so. To keep your extensions quality its important to follow the correct maintenance advice given to you at consultation . I can also sell maintenance equipment such as shampoo and conditioners, argon oil , brushes that will help keep your hair looking its best.
How long does the hair take to arrive after consultation ?
Hair usually takes 1-3 days to arrive . I can order special delivery for the hair extensions to arrive the next day if needed
